Welcome to our luxury villa in Vourvourou, Halkidiki. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests, please take a moment to review our terms and house rules. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following conditions:

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: between 16:00 and 18:00
• Check-out: between 08:00 and 11:00
  Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability.

Minimum Stay

• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Pets

• Small pets (up to 10 kg) are allowed upon request and prior confirmation.
• An additional cleaning fee of €15 per pet per day applies.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets.

Parties & Noise

• Parties and events are not allowed, unless explicitly approved in advance.
• Please respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00 to preserve the peace of the surrounding area.

Damage Policy

• While we do not require a security deposit, we reserve the right to charge guests for any damage or loss caused during their stay.
• This includes damage to furniture, appliances, equipment, or property grounds.

Cancellation Policy

To offer flexibility while maintaining fairness:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay.
• Cancellations within 13 days or no-shows are subject to 100% charge.
  If you have special circumstances, please contact us—we aim to be as accommodating as possible.

Additional Notes

• The villa is intended for family vacations, couples, or groups seeking a quiet and elegant retreat.
• Please treat the property with care and leave it in the condition you found it.
• Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially near the pool and outdoor areas.
